Introducing the ARMADEX Ex-M OZC 2, the only explosion proof camera equipped with a powerful 5x optical zoom function. This ATEX certified digital camera is designed for use in hazardous areas classified as ATEX Zone 2 (Gas). The OZC 2 boasts a compact yet rugged camera body that is shockproof against drops up to 2.1m, has a splash proof housing rated IP66, is freezeproof up to -10°C, and is completely dustproof.
Weighing only 246 grams including the battery and housing, the OZC 2 is highly portable and suitable for rough outdoor environments. The Wide-Angle Optical Zoom Lens delivers crystal clear pictures, while the built-in MovieSR+ software stabilizes images and videos for optimal clarity. On a single full charge, the camera can take an estimated 340 still images in auto mode. Rapid and secure file transfer is made easy through the USB-C (Type 3) connectivity.

The OZC 2 is optimized for taking up-close shots of precision machinery and small objects like microchips. Its Digital Microscope Mode allows for capturing images of objects from as close as 1cm. When combined with the 5x optical zoom and 8.1x digital zoom (40.5x total zoom), this camera can capture the most extreme details of any object. Advanced imaging software provides great low-light performance, and the 6 LED ring flash enables proper lighting in accordance with ATEX regulations that prohibit xenon flash tubes.
Every OZC 2 camera is converted in-house by ARMADEX's experts to meet ATEX requirements, as is the case for all their explosion proof equipment. Please note that due to these ATEX regulations, the xenon flash tube functionality is disabled in this model. The camera comes with a rechargeable battery, USB power adapter, power plug, USB cable, and hand strap.
