ATEX-Certified Centrifugal Roof Fan with Horizontal Outlet

The VN-Roof CH ATEX is a robust explosion proof roof fan engineered for safe air extraction in ATEX Zones 1 and 2 (Gas) and Zones 21 and 22 (Dust). Designed for industrial environments where flammable gases or dust may be present, it combines high airflow performance with certified explosion protection.

Available in sizes from 250 mm to 800 mm, the fan delivers airflow up to 20,000 m³/h and reaches a maximum pressure of 750 Pa. It is equipped with an ATEX-certified IP55 motor, supporting both 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase power supplies, and is frequency converter compatible for variable speed control.

The steel casing is fitted with a plastic or aluminum cover, while the impeller is made from galvanized steel for enhanced durability. Its design supports horizontal air outlet operation and is tailored for efficient and safe rooftop air extraction in hazardous environments.

A wide range of accessories is available, including protection grids, silencers, shutters, switches, terminal boxes, and a roof mounting kit, ensuring flexible installation and operational safety.
