High-Performance ATEX Medium Pressure Centrifugal Fan

The VN-TRM ATEX is a heavy-duty centrifugal fan designed for medium-pressure applications in hazardous environments. Featuring backward-curved blades, it handles clean to heavily dust-laden air with high efficiency. Certified for ATEX Zones 1 and 2 (Gas) and Zones 21 and 22 (Dust), it is ideal for industries requiring robust, explosion proof ventilation.

With airflow capacities up to 95,000 m³/h and static pressure up to 5,500 Pa, the VN-TRM ATEX fan is available in sizes from 220 mm to 1,400 mm. The casing is built from epoxy-coated steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel (304/316), and the impeller is available in steel or stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and reliable performance.

The fan is powered by an ATEX-certified IP55 motor, suitable for 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase power. It supports frequency converter control for adjustable speed and is offered in direct-drive (Arrangement 4/5) or belt-driven (Arrangement 9/12) configurations. With 16 outlet angle options, it provides installation flexibility for various system layouts.

Optional accessories such as anti-vibration mounts, inspection windows, sound-insulated enclosures, and a wide range of connection components make this fan highly adaptable to complex industrial ventilation requirements.
