The VN-Plastic R ATEX is a compact, high-performance fan engineered for use in hazardous environments where explosive gases or dust may be present. Built with corrosion-resistant PE, PP, or PVC, it delivers reliable operation under aggressive industrial conditions. With an airflow capacity of up to 5,500 m³/h and pressure capability up to 7,000 Pa, it is ideal for high-pressure ventilation applications in ATEX Zones 1, 2 (Gas) and Zones 21, 22 (Dust).

Available in sizes from 75 mm to 630 mm, the VN-Plastic R ATEX features an ATEX-certified, IP55-rated motor, suitable for 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase operation at 50 Hz. The impeller is available in PP, PVC, or stainless steel (304/316) for optimal compatibility with various industrial processes.

The fan supports frequency converter control, allowing precise adjustment of airflow and improved energy efficiency. Custom motor options are available for different voltages and certifications. A wide range of accessories—including protection grids, flexible connections, anti-vibration mounts, sound insulation, flanges, shutters, silencers, and switches—ensures flexible integration into specialized setups.
