VN-Plastic Roof Fan | ATEX-Certified Explosion Proof Roof Ventilation for Hazardous Areas

The VN-Plastic Roof ATEX is a robust plastic roof-mounted fan designed for use in hazardous areas where flammable gases or combustible dusts may be present. Built for efficient and safe ventilation, it features backward-curved blades and is capable of moving up to 22,000 m³/h of air with pressures up to 2,500 Pa.

Constructed with corrosion-resistant PE, PP, or PVC casings, and impellers available in PP, PVC, or stainless steel (304/316), the fan ensures durability in chemically aggressive or outdoor environments. It operates with an ATEX-certified IP55 motor, suitable for both 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase power supplies, and is fully compatible with frequency converters for adjustable speed control.

Available in sizes from 200 mm to 850 mm, the VN-Plastic Roof ATEX fan can be tailored to a wide range of industrial ventilation systems. Optional accessories—such as protection grids, silencers, shutters, switches, and roof mounting kits—allow flexible installation and application-specific customization.
