Tablet, 4GB veya isteğe bağlı 8GB LPDDR3 RAM ve 128GB veya isteğe bağlı 256GB eMMC depolama alanı ile donatılmıştır ve sorunsuz çoklu görev ve veri yönetimi için geniş bellek ve depolama kapasitesi sağlar.
T800-EX, hassas kontrol ve esneklik için hem çoklu dokunmatik hem de sayısallaştırıcı girişini destekleyen isteğe bağlı çift modlu dokunmatik ekrana sahip kapasitif çoklu dokunmatik bir ekrana sahiptir. Tablet ayrıca sahada yüksek kaliteli görüntüler ve videolar yakalamak için Full HD web kamerası ve 8 megapiksel otomatik odaklı arka kameraya sahiptir.
Bağlantı seçenekleri arasında hızlı ve güvenilir kablosuz iletişim için Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (802.11ax) ve Bluetooth (v5.2) bulunmaktadır. Özel GPS ve 4G LTE mobil geniş bant gibi isteğe bağlı özellikler, uzak konumlarda kesintisiz bağlantı ve gerçek zamanlı veri erişimi sağlar.
